Please note: Two doors on the ground floor have a digital lock. This spaces are reserved for our staff and contain cleaning supplies. The rest of the house is entirely for your private use.
Other Things to Note:
▸Outdoor furniture & cushions: During rainy season, outdoor furniture is stored for protection, but you're welcome to set it out. To avoid damage or professional cleaning fees (MXN $2,000), please store the cushions properly after each use to protect them from rain or dirt.
▸ The cushions from the outdoor lounge go inside the waterproof soft bag.
▸ AC usage: Help us take care of the environment—please turn off the AC when not in use.
▸Towels & water care: We provide one towel per person per stay. As Oaxaca occasionally experiences water shortages, we kindly ask you to be mindful of water usage. In case of low supply, we will arrange a water refill, subject to the provider's availability.
