Only 40 minutes from the tollbooth! Its on the higher altitude part of Cuernavaca.

The moment you pass the first security gate and arrive to the road that leads to the house you encompass nature to its full with trees and a river that guides you deeper into the property. There is a second private security entrance to the property which gives way into the splendid garden blossoming from banana trees to Ahuehuetes.

The house is located uphill from the river to the garden making the property the protagonist. The house living room has three sided glass walls which invite the outside into the inside. There is an interior dining room, living room ( with piano), which opens up to the outside pool. Beautiful kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a living room and a breakfast or dining room table to enjoy snacks and games. The library is located at the back of the house. On the first floor there is a living room and three bedrooms.The main bedroom has a private terrace or back patio.
