The Neighborhood:
We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Blvd. Popotla. There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster in Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch.
Getting Around:
Playas de Rosarito does not allow ride-sharing platforms like Uber or Didi.
We recommend using your own vehicle, taking a taxi, or contacting your host to arrange a chauffeur service.
Public transportation is also an option, as the route passes in front of the complex.
Other Things to Note:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (4 maximum including children). Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Upon arriving at the complex, guests must pay $35.00 (in cash) plus $5.00 per person for the use of amenities, and the security guard will give each person a bracelet (this is a mandatory requirement to stay at this complex).
There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes.
HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.
