Enjoy breathtaking ocean views, the peace and tranquility of a quieter Sayulita north side neighborhood nestled in the jungle, and all the comforts of home, in our brand new 6 bedroom 6 bath luxury home. Just a 7 minute walk to the perfect spot on the north beach, and 15 minutes to the town center. Or grab a golf cart and be anywhere in Sayulita within just a few minutes.
We are a large 6 bedroom house, but can also split into two separate units, a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. The first floor is a separate 2 bedroom/2 bath unit, with full kitchen/living/dining area. The second and third floors combined, are a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit, with a very large kitchen/living/dining area and 5 terraces/balconies. The fourth floor is the roof deck with heated, salt water, infinity pool, a beautiful palapa-covered comfortable outdoor living room, and plenty of loungers to lay out in the sun.
Below the house are some common areas shared with just two other 3-bedroom homes. My family lives in one, and we rent out the other. Privacy for your group in any of these areas for certain time periods can be requested as well. Amenities abound here with a gym/game room hosting a beautiful custom 8 foot billiard table and plenty of gym equipment to keep you in shape. Above that is a stunning grandiose palapa-covered, ocean-view, roof deck, perfect for yoga, meditation, or any group activity. There is a 7-person jacuzzi with built-in chromotherapy and biomagnetic therapy systems. An ice bath and a ping-pong table are available up there as well. Down below is the steam room and another two heated, saltwater pools. The lower pool has two endless swimming jets for anyone looking to do some distance swimming.

We are beginning to grow food on the property, we recycle all of our gray water to keep our gardens happy and healthy all year, we encourage guests to compost, recycle, minimize plastic/styrofoam usage, and anything we can do to protect this beautiful village and keep it thriving.
