Check out the waves from the open and spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Enjoy the view from your dining table or feel the ocean breeze while on the balcony. This second story of an oceanfront duplex has an open and airy feel with vaulted ceilings in every living space. Extra windows bring in the light and make the view even more spectacular. Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV and cozy beds. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. One parking spot is included in a shared garage.

All high-touch surfaces will be disinfected multiple times throughout the cleaning process so you feel confident entering and enjoying your unit. Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 car parking in shared garage (narrow garage so your vehicle will park tandem with the lower unit guest's vehicle. Guest agrees to accommodate the needs of the other unit, if occupied or needed)

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
