Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this fabulous, four-bedroom beach house located on popular East Beach with its multiple beach access points along one side and beautiful marsh views along the other so the best of both worlds. 4326 10th Street is one of our most spacious 4 bedroom homes that we offer.
The perfect home for the family to spread out with two living areas and a huge pool. The front porch has two comfy rocking chairs for a peaceful quiet setting. Upon entering the home, you immediately pass thru the dining room with seating for 8. The stairs to the second floor are immediately on your left and the main floor living room is straight ahead. The living area boasts a wonderful open air feel with 20 plus foot ceilings and windows from top to bottom giving you a great view of the large pool. The kitchen is adjacent with plentiful counter space and a large island in the middle. Several bar stools are available so you can comfortably interact with the chef! The very spacious master bedroom with a king bed plus sleeper sofa is on down that hall with French doors to the pool area.
Up a short flight of stairs is another very large living area with a sectional sofa, 50 inch TV and game table for cards, puzzles or whatever game suits your taste. The 3 additional bedrooms are up an additional small flight of stairs with 2 additional king beds and 2 twin beds.
