• House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.
• Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. Please report any cleanliness issues within 2 hours of your arrival so we can address them immediately.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house.
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m and check-out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee.
• Neighborhood Restriction: Please be aware that motorcycles are not permitted in this neighborhood.
• Commercial photography and filming require pre-approval.
