Located in a quiet residential area, it shares a back yard with the owner, offering complete privacy with assistance only a few yards away. Seasonally, pick fresh berries for your breakfast, relax in the beautiful gardens or fire up the grill on the back porch.
First floor features lg living room with comphy sofa & smart TV, lg dining room with table to seat 8, fully equipped kitchen, office space, laundry and half bath.
