Summary: We have always stayed at the Hotel Isabel for the past 5-6 years. We have two dogs, enjoyed the convenience and dog friendly atmosphere. Last time we were there we were concerned with the restaurant. This time is was HORRIBLE. It was obvious why there were no patrons. There were no beverages but soda, no wine, no coffee and no alcoholic beverages. We only had water for dinner. The food came COLD. I mean my rice, vegetables and shrimp were cold. They were not freshly prepared and tasted terrible. We noticed the one other table in the restaurant returned their pizza because it was cold. The waiter did nothing but laugh at his phone. We did not even have silverware and had to ask for it after our meals came. There are NO other restaurants in the area and we would have been required to drive a distance to find a meal. After all of these years. We will not be returning to the HOtel Isabel.
