Cancellation policy:
You have up to 48 hours before your arrival to cancel o modify at no cost. If you do not report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to your credit card.
*For flexible non-refundable rates: you can modify your reservation ONLY ONCE up to 24 hours before check-in. In case of not showing up, not informing before this time, or requiring a second modification, the entire reservation will be charged. No refunds or cancellations apply.
*For non-refundable rates: in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the entire reservation will be charged. Refunds do not apply.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 23:00.
Check out before 12:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.

General:
* Mandatory: For check-in, it is mandatory to present original identification (passport, INE)
* Small pets (up to 12 kg) are allowed only in private rooms, and an additional cost of 10 USD per stay.
* Beds are not pre-assigned.
* The entry of minors is not allowed; access is permitted for guests over 18 years old.
* We have implemented strict biosecurity protocols for your safety and of our employees that you must follow once you arrive at the destination.
* We have a luggage room at the reception. You can store your personal items in case you arrive before check-in time or travel after check-out time.
*Breakfast is NOT included in the rates. You can purchase it when confirming and finalizing your reservation through the website, or at the front desk upon your arrival.
**Important information: due to some problems with the boiler, at this time we cannot guarantee hot water in the showers in the rooms. We are working to solve it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
