Summary: The hotel is not far from the ACY airport. Checked in late due to flight delay, but staff was pleasant, advised elevator wasn’t working at check-in, thus had to use the stairs. The area has many stores that are within walking distance. The room is spacious and equipped with all necessities. The bathroom vent began draining brownish water on the last night of my stay (I had only stayed for one and a half nights). I called staff, who informed that someone's toilet was clogged and plugged it. Maintenance was notified. That sounded disgusting, and I needed to use the bathroom. Staff was unpleasant during the chat, however he offered to change my room. I was given a room opposite the doors but wasn't mentally prepared to move all of my belongings at nearly midnight and had to check out by 7 a.m. due to my schedule. I agreed and moved to the new room. I didn't get enough sleep before checking out at 7 a.m., but I did have a clean restroom to use for a few hours. There was noise during my stay due to a baby/kid crying, and on my last night after changing to a new room, a child was talking loudly in the hallway with some adults around 1am which made it difficult for me. Overall, the stay was okay, but not pleasant.

Summary: Everyone was awesome… the only thing was that the elevator was out.. rooms were clean! The place overall was clean. Everything you could have thought about is right there.. didn’t have to go far for anything!

Summary: Everything was clean! The room looked beautiful! Breakfast was nice, having more then cheerios, waffles were yummy! Our TV would have sound but no picture. My husband wanted to watch some college football before our day on Sat. Said something to the front desk, with in 5 min came saw the TV was defective and brought us a new one! Thank you for such a great experience! We will be back!!!

Summary: The rooms need serious updating. The rooms were clean but the appliances need updating, the Jacuzzi in the rooms need a facelift. They look dirty as if it won’t come out.
