This cozy Treehouse is secluded on 2.5 acres of silver birch, mountain laurel and hardwoods & is 3 miles from downtown Highlands & 1 mile from the only hospital on the Plateau. The charm here is perfect for a romantic getaway, small family adventure or break from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The living room has a high cathedral ceiling that gives a wonderful feeling of spaciousness and has plenty of windows for outdoor views. The windows by the indoor fireplace overlook the outdoor fire pit, rocking chairs, park style grill and picnic table with umbrella. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen size bed, writing desk, and bathroom with a shower.
The Treehouse is fully furnished. High speed fiber optic internet , WIFI and free long distance calling in the United States via land line are provided. Mobile reception in the mountains can be spotty but if you enable WiFi Calling on your cellphone & connect to the Treehouse WiFi, reception is excellent.
