Positive: Our honeymoon at Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional — we were truly treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. Our room was stunning, and the thoughtful touches made it even more special — from the beautifully decorated door to the surprise newlywed goodies (chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of wine) waiting for us inside. The included airport transportation made everything effortless from start to finish. The entertainment staff were phenomenal — so talented, fun, and engaging! The evening shows are an absolute must-see and added so much excitement to our stay. For dining, we fell in love with Restaurant Ciao and the Market for breakfasts, and we were offered a dinner reservation at Umo, which was fantastic — a must-try for anyone visiting. On our final night, the resort arranged a private honeymoon dinner that was truly unforgettable. The chef personally came to our table for each course, they provided a curated set menu with a bottle of champagne, and they were incredibly attentive to my food allergies. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had anywhere. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and thoughtfulness. From the service to the entertainment to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta enough and absolutely can’t wait to return!
