Positive: location, this is why if booked the place

Negative: there was a party every night at the hotel ballroom, first nights the noice from the music (dj) was very loud, at 1:30 am had to call the front desk to complaint about the noice and ask to be change to a different room (I was traveling whit my 14 year old daughter), the person at the phone from front desk ask me if I wanted to change room I said yes and he told me the party ended at 2:00 am, like he was suggesting me to wait for it to end, he told me he was going to see if any rooms were available and call me back, I let 20 minutes pass and no call, call back front desk and ask again to ve moved, (i suspected they were just giving me the round around for the party to end). At 2:00 am a staff person came for us and move us to the 5th floor (was in 2nd floor). The next days of my stay there was a party in the hotel ballroom every day so the noise was loud, still can hear it but a little less. Definitely will not return.

Summary: If you want to rest at night this is not the place to be
