The first floor has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and 49-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a full bathroom complete with a rain shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, and bidet toilet. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with a hammock.
Walking out of this bedroom, there is a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and plush couches to relax on. A full-size chef's kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, and microwave.
