-The property is not available for parties or events. Reservations will be canceled immediately without a refund and the party/event will be shut down.

-Must be able to walk up 3 stairs to access the home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on 1 level.

-Guests will receive six (6)towels and washcloths.

-The music must be lowered by 10:00 pm.

-The thermostat is located on the main level in the dining room. You have full access.
