Summary: Reception desk did not communicate the shuttle frequency (1) website AND reception claim the shuttle runs every 15 minutes (2) ACTUAL shuttle frequency is top of the hour (3) called receiption at 10:15p and was told "shuttle will be there in 5 mintutes" (4) called every 10 minutes -- was given same misinformation (5) shuttle arrived 50 minutes after intial call (6) myself and 10 other guests were left in the freezing cold on a windy night (7) if reception had told the truth -- I would have called an UberXL for myself and fellow travelers (8) RECEPTION NEEDS TO BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT SHUTTLE SERVICES (9) in the morning, reception blasted extremely loud YouTube videos with sirens and shouting; the volume conflicted with the TV in the main gathering area; this made the breakfast space unpleasant, noisy and stressful
