There is a boardwalk to the lake, where you can conveniently dock your boat! (Yes, our water level will still accommodate your mid size boat…Arrangements and small fee to be cleared with owner prior to arrival). Have your morning beverage on your own deck, on the dock or on the patio. There is a fire pit with seating and plenty of wood. The inviting king bedroom has a tv and glistening water view. There are 2 bathrooms, the main one with soaking tub, double sinks and separate shower and the second one with a glass panel shower and single vanity. The open floor plan includes fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite counters and a coffee bar. There is also a gas fireplace, smart tv and living area. Enjoy dining either at kitchen island, high top table or at your outside table. There is a Weber grill for your own use. There is also a lovely entry room with a writing desk and comfortable seating.
