Beautiful 3-bedroom House + private Casita, offers the peace & tranquility you're looking for. Perfect location, surrounded by majestic saguaro cactus and natural desert landscape.
This home offers over 3000sf of living space, it has 4 bedrooms total, 3 full bathrooms & a half bath. Three of the bedrooms & 3 baths are in the main house, and there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and private entrance (the casita). The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. In addition to sleeping 8 people, we also have a roll-away bed available (suitable for a child or small adult).
There is a washer & dryer available for guests to use.
There is a large formal dining room with seating for 8, there is also a dinette off of the kitchen with seating for 4 and additional seating at the counter bar for 4 more.
The gourmet kitchen is a perfect place to whip up a delicious meal! With all new appliances; including - dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop & oven.
Basic kitchen essentials provided; pots/pans, dishes etc. A Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker and an espresso machine also provided, with a startup supply of k-cups, sugar packets and creamers.
The living room is spacious, with tall 12' ceilings and an open feel. Open to the kitchen, perfect for families! In addition there is also a cozy den for you to relax and enjoy, with comfy sofas, a TV and several board games to choose from.
Outside is a large area of artificial grass, a golf putting pad, & corn-hole game. There is a large, covered patio with seating, also a large pergola with BBQ, refrigerator and additional seating at the bar. The pool/swim-spa is so much fun! You can sit and relax with the massage jets or use the swim mode and swim against the current, it is 18 ft in length; it can be heated for no extra cost. Please let us know ahead of time if you want it heated. There is golfing, restaurants and great hiking trails nearby.
