Positive: House was easy to find, and easy tonget into. Insteuctions were clear and easy to understand. There were a bunch a leaves in the pool upon arrival but they were still floating so you could tell they were fresh from the trees. The trees are actually great. Provided shade while hanging out in the backyard and sitting in and around the pool. The diving board unfortunately was broke/missing. Not the end of the world though. The pool net was easily accessible for us to clean the leaves. The backyard is so cute. The string lights around make is so beautiful and peaceful at night. The neighborhood was super clean and quiet! The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. We had everything we needed for cooking. Kitchen is well stocked with seasonings. Fresh press coffee maker, and a Keurig for your choice of coffee. Washer and dryer worked great, they even provided us with a few laundry pods, dish washer pods, and dish soap. They were very fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We had an incident with some drunk people trying to get in the house saying it was their rental. Cops were called by a neighbor since the truck was pulling into multiple driveways, and sitting in front of peoples houses even before we did had an issue. This all happend around 1030/11pm if i recall the time correctly. The cops responded QUICKLY. I messaged the property and had a response back with in minutes. They did everything within their power to ensure we felt safe and comfortable in the home. The previous renters had damaged a sink knob, they let me know this up front. I really cannot praise their communication enough! We will 100% be back next time we are in town. The owners themselves with communication and obviously the home itself too made this one of my top Bookings yet! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
