Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The jungle noises at night. Our resident frog in the shower visitor was kinda cute and harmless. Really close to the Palenque ruins, quick shuttle bus along there. Nightly entertainment if you fancied it, local music, fire juggling & other stuff.

Negative: We really had not much option other than to eat in the restaurant for all meals as it was either a taxi into town or a 30min walk. There was no cooking facilities.
