Alert! Smoking Law
Beginning January 15, 2023, under a revision to Mexico’s Tobacco Control Law, people in the country of Mexico are prohibited from consuming any tobacco or nicotine products in outdoor locations where people gather, such as hotels, public squares, parks, beaches, schools, restaurants and sports stadiums. Designated and clearly identified smoking areas will be provided at this property.

The Infinity Main Pools 1 and 2 will be temporarily closed for resurfacing from August 19, 2024, through October 19, 2024, along with their seating areas. As a result, Restaurant & Bar Flor de Noche will also be closed, with Javier’s operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Infinity Pool 3, the Serenity Pools and the Kids Pool will be available for your use and enjoyment while enhancements take place.
