Positive: Amazing location, Condessa has lots of parks to walk through, cafes and restaurants to go to. There's a metrobus stop right outside the building too. Lots of supermarkets close by. We loved the rooftop pool/lounge area, it was a great place to work from remotely too.

Negative: Communication could have been better. We messaged about things like the fridge water filter not working and didn't get a reply. We experienced the same when enquiring about checking out, it just felt like some requests were a chore or glossed over.

Summary: Quiet apartment in a very central lovely neighbourhood
