Summary: The property and the and the view of the Laguna are beautiful, the huge problem that we encountered as soon as we arrived “, was the bathroom plumbing and the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. There was raw sewage coming out of the shower drain, and the water started to come up to the bedroom, the smell was absolutely horrible, it was very obvious that this was an old and ongoing problem with the property, confirmed by the old marks of flooding on the walls. We couldn’t take a shower or use the only restroom because of the flooding sewage water. We had to leave the property in order for us to use the restroom and shower and so they could try to fix the problem and clean. The manager did respond immediately to address the problem, but unfortunately the problem persisted and the solutions were they once tried many times before. The manager did give us a discount, but unfortunately the experience was not a pleasant one, we really didn’t have the chance to enjoy the property, we had to leave several times so we could use the restroom and the smell was just terrible, the cleaning person did a outrageously poor job pretending to clean the flooded area leaving an unusable restroom, we called the manager to address the cleaning issues as well and she did send the cleaning person back to clean. Thank you.
