Summary: My wife and I and another couple just returned from this condo earlier this month. It's located on the 10th floor of Tower One of The Peninsula. The view is absolutely spectacular, with a wrap-around balcony providing facing Banderas Bay off the front and the Marina to the north. While the condo itself is extremely well-appointed with everyone you need, we lived on the balcony, a front-row seat for Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. The 10th floor is perfect, too. Not too high, for those who aren't crazy about heights. The temperature of the pools at The Peninsula is cooler than some may like, mostly because the main pool is enormous and doesn't get sun until early afternoon. The temperature takes no time to get used to, however. The beach is fine... not as nice as some of the ones in Nuevo or Nayarit, but very swimmable and great for long walks. The location of The Peninsula towers is a huge asset. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as several major grocery stores, and if you want to take a taxi, the romantic zone is just 100-150 pesos. Overall, this condo is absolutely beautiful and we would not hesitate to rent it again.
