The San Felipe Malecon is also just a short drive into town and offers a variety of boat trips to go out fishing, or rent sail boat rentals. It offers spectacular beachfront sunsets, a white sandy beach, great for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddling, surfing, or simply relaxing, or enjoying several swimming pool, large outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ grills.
Unit 73-2 is a beautifully designed and decorated 1400 square foot two-level villa consisting of a full bath with a separate vanity area, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room with terrific beach views.
From your private balcony you'll enjoy amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Pay close attention and you can watch fish jumping for joy in the water. Amenities include air conditioning, microwave oven,ceiling fan, range, refrigerator and TV. As an added convenience for our guests, laundry facilities are located onsite.

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
No Off-road vehciles permitted in this community. Exception made for race teams.
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival. This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
MONTHLY RENTAL - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
