Summary: First off upon my check in there was a glitch in their system I paid with my credit card & on my end the credit card machine says approved but on the employee side they said it didn’t go thru ! It even was showing on my credit card app so I had to run my card again so I had 2 charges ! So I finally get checked in , we enter the room & it had a stale type of smell , on one of the beds the comforter was ripped ! The thermostat that’s on the wall had some type of reddish/brown substance smeared on top of it that I didn’t notice until the second day ! On the night stand was a note pad & pen with their logo on it & it was dirty on the bottom like something had been wasted & then dried on the bottom of it ! The pool was dirty there was a little dirt & some bugs in it ! Down in the dining area near one of the windows was rain sitting on the inside of the window ! After my first day there my key cards stop working & I had to go back to the front desk to get them to fix it ! If I could insert pics I surely would ! I don’t recommend this hotel !!!!! Run !!!!
