Summary: Stayed 3 days with heat lukewarm on 86 degrees and when running the shower it was coming out of both ends. I let them know both days and still not fixed and nothing to compensate my stay especially after paying over $300. They just didn’t care at all smh wow this hotel went downhill. This use to be my favorite place for over 10 years. Poor management for sure.
