One bedroom apartment on 2nd of an Old Louisville Victorian...950 sf with one bathroom. The main bedroom is on the second floor. There is an additional bedroom and an office on the 3rd floor but it is not air conditioned and needs updates so I am just listing the apartment as one bedroom. Main bedroom has a king bed with an amazing memory foam mattress. Sectional couch sleeps one adult or two children.
The recently renovated kitchen includes everything you would need to prepare meals at home including basic condiments. The appliances include a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, French press, microwave plus a washer and dryer. The private covered porch overlooks the backyard.
