Summary: We stayed on a short family trip for two nights and the first day it was good. The second day the property had utilities issues that were not resolved. There was no water at all. Contacted the administalration but they were not usefull in resolving the issue. Instead we got blamed for not reporting right away. This reflects a lack of empaty for the guest, when one travel for vacation no one should be concerned about the property but rather to enjoy.
