Inside dining area overlooks the Pirates Cove Canal and Sound for optimal boat and aerial wildlife watching. Accommodates 6, 3 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sunday check-in. Condo is located across from the Athletic Center, Volleyball/Basketball courts, York Pavilion and gives you a 25' dock space directly across from the condo at Rudder Canal #78 for your boat or jet ski. Covered parking for a vehicle or trailer (if trailer does not fit it must be stored off-site for a fee). The sound front Master Suite includes marbled bathroom with wall jetted marble shower and bedroom has access to the condo's covered sound front deck. Second bathroom with jetted tub/tile shower combo. Sound front deck with high 6 deck chairs/table for Sound front dining. You can see Jockeys' Ridge from the sound front deck!! Beach chairs, skimmer board, sand utensils, 2 adult bikes, crab net and boogie boards in the outside storage. No Guest Pets allowed. The property does have high-speed WiFi and Smart TV's, however does not offer cable. Property comes with two parking passes.
