Our cozy dog friendly cabin is small yet quaint. The perfect mountain Base Camp to land at, at the end of your local adventure year around.
Located in the gated community of Tiger Run Resort, the amenities alone give you so many options right outside your front door. Tiger Run has a large Clubhouse offering a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, and a shower dressing room with lockers. There is an epic game room with a pool table, air hockey and so much more! You can do laundry (CC or coins - BYO detergent) in the clubhouse while you swim, play, or work out in the well-equipped workout room.
There is also an outdoor playground, community fire pit, and tennis courts to enjoy in the summer months. The Blue River surrounds the community giving you the ambiance and sound of a Colorado river always flowing nearby.
Located between Breckenridge and Frisco on Lake Dillon you will have more outdoor activities at your fingertips than time will allow.

The living room area provides plenty of comfortable seating to relax and hang with 3 of your favorite people! Reminisce about your day of play or escape into a good TV show or movie on the flat-screen TV where you can stream your own personal apps.
Our favorite part of the cabin is the "second living room" on the large covered front porch that we love hanging out on. Enjoy the mountain views as you sit at the dining table or additional chairs, sipping a morning cup of coffee or glass of wine. Take advantage of the gas grill for a burger or a steak, eat al fresco, and soak in the mountain vistas.
A rustic dining table is at the other end of the living room and is the perfect place to gather for a quick bite or savor a family meal together.
The small quirky kitchen is equipped with just about everything you will need to create a snack or a family meal.
Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, giving a feeling of space even though they are not big. You can utilize closets in each room. One cozy bedroom has a Queen bed in it and the other bedroom has a Full-size bed. Both bedrooms have TVs you can stream on as well.
The bathroom includes a stand-up shower, a vanity with a copper bowl sink, and below-cabinet space for your travel items. We provide all of your start-up supplies, linens and towels, and pool towels.
Ski equipment and gear will need to be left in your car or on the front porch.
