Situated on a spacious 1 acre lot, enjoy both the inside and outdoor features this home has to offer. Whether you are gathered around the fire pit telling stories together, cooking on the outdoor grill or gently swaying on the swinging bed in the private screened-in porch, you’ll enjoy gathering here with friends!
Take to the back yard and play some corn hole in traditional southern style! We supply the games, you come and enjoy playing them… Step back inside and there’s more entertainment in the basement where you’ll find a ping-pong table, foosball table, dart board and space to gather together and watch a game around the big screen TV.
No carpet here. Hardwoods and tile throughout. All of the bedrooms are appointed with comfortable beds, linens and towels ready for your stay. The bathrooms will also include your basic items such as shampoo, toilet roll and soap. A limited supply of all of these items are provided per bathroom, so if you are embarking on a lengthy stay, please plan accordingly. All bedrooms are upstairs. 3 of which are private with queen beds and direct bathroom access. The 4th bedroom is a large bonus room that features 2 queen beds, and 2 additional single trundle beds. This room also has direct en-suite access to a full bathroom.
The home features multiple spaces for dining and the kitchen is decked out with everything you need to cook a nice meal together. The breakfast area to the rear of the home provides wonderful views to the outside and the spacious dining room can accommodate a large group to dine together along with a large wet bar for convenient food and drink servings. You can even seat several folks around tables on the screened porch and in the main living room!
If you are not playing down in the basement or outside, then the living room with the fireplace is the hang out room. This comfy cozy area is a great spot to sit back, relax and watch some TV or a movie. Enjoy the use of a selection of board and card games such as chess, scrabble, checkers and more...
With grocery stores such as Kroger and Target along with many other shops, starbucks and restaurants all less than 2 minutes drive away, it’s easy to run out and grab anything you might forget for your stay. If seeing Nashville is not the only thing on your agenda during your visit to Middle Tennessee, you’ll be pleased to know that Old Hickory Lake is just 5-10 minutes away with several boat ramps and marinas. No garage access is allowed, but there is plenty of space in the large driveway to bring your own boat with you and enter some of the many bass fishing tournaments Old Hickory is known for, or even rent a boat or a guide to enjoy a day out on the lake with friends. One of our favorite things to recommend while on the North side of town is to sample one of the many restaurants and bars that sit on the waterfront as there is often live music and great food to be had nice and close to home…
