This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 9:30pm. Vistas Bay prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and other rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Plunge Pool: The condo has a beautiful and private plunge pool located on your large private terrace. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.
