Summary: I was not pleased that I called after making reservation to request a room on the main level and was told that they would make a note and that this would be arranged but when I got there, they had me in an upstairs room. When I discussed this with the young lady at the front desk, she was kind and accomodating but I was put in a room then switched to another room. The bath tub faucet came out of the wall when I tried to pull up the tub plug. There was no waste basket in the room and the floor was uneven in the room which is difficult for a person with walking disabilities.
