With a sleeping capacity of 8 its perfect for large groups or families or if two couples want to rent it out, you will both have plenty of your own space. Its perfectly suits many different groups needs. The entire house is equipped with smart TV's and WiFi for your use. You will have everything you need to cook any meal you want in either kitchen. There is a BBQ on the 2nd floor patio for your use. There is also a beautiful rooftop patio area with a nice pergola to spend time on. With its close location to the Marina as well as the beach, it makes this house a perfect place to stay. There are restaurants and other amenities located within a very short walking distance. You can walk down to the beach and spend the day or walk to the marina and catch a boat for a day of fishing. There are tons of activities to do close to the house. Boating, fishing, diving, spas, diving, surfing, golf, and Baja adventures are all available close by.
