Master has full en suite, other bedroom has 2 piece en suite, and full bath on main.
Fully equipped granite cooking kitchen, stainless fridge, stove, microwave.
Main level kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom, full bath & laundry.
Upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, all vaulted 12 ft plus ceilings,, & outdoor palapa entertaining patio with wrap around patios.
Outside in the beautifully landscaped yard, you will find the bbq area complete with granite counter cooking top.
Entire property is gated and fully lock secured with 14 ft high concrete fence for complete privacy.
Pool is in full sun and is always a perfect temperature.
As rental guests of mine I am including access to my private beach club that's only 2 1/2 blocks away.
This is an amazing beach club with palms trees decorating the pool and beautiful landscaping throughout. Beach club has private resting cabanas, large shady lounge area situated under a giant palapa, sandy ocean front equipped with lounger chairs and volleyball and beach front restaurants beside. We also have pool & cabana food and beverage service from our ocean front restaurant. This beach club is so gorgeous.
*My house is located in a great central area in the heart of lacruz.
2 blocks from beach & the private beach club, also 1 block to the town square, marina, buses & taxis, with lots of restaurants throughout.
1 block up is tacos on the street ( a very popular taco restaurant). There are lots of great finds in restaurants.
This is a very safe and friendly town you will enjoy walking around while listening to the live evening music.
The town of LaCruz is a flat town, its easy to get around and you can walk to everything.
Sunday the town gets busy at the Marina for their famous farmer market, lots to see.
