This custom home was architecturally designed and built where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the 2nd floor to capture the views of the Sea of Cortez & Sierra de La Gigantic mountain range. The 1st floor features all 3 master bedrooms, 1 king bed in one and a queen bed in each of the others and are all ensuite. One of these master bathrooms has an outdoor shower area and a bathtub for soaking. There is also a large game room on this level with a ping pong table, TV, and adjoining garden/patio area!
All of these areas are connected by a large beautiful outdoor courtyard area with palm trees, beautiful murals, and a stunning fountain...
The 3rd floor tower area has incredible views throughout the day. Watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous sunsets over the Sierra de La Gigantic mountain range are fantastic ways to both start and end your day. This tower area also has a covered area and bar table that seats 6 which makes dining in this area magical.
