Welcome to Casa Alvarado, a beautiful private oasis that’s nestled in the picturesque cove of Punta Pescadero’s safe and secluded resort community. The main villa combined with two large stand-alone casitas make it the perfect destination for gathering with friends and family, reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, or just a romantic getaway.
The main villa at Casa Alvarado boasts a spacious kitchen that opens up to the living room and dining area, all leading directly to the patio, where you’ll be welcomed with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent staircase down to your private pool, that is just steps away from a private sandy beach with natural reef and turtle preserve.
The main villa accommodates up to 12 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the ground level that have private entrances. On each level, one of the bedrooms has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other bedroom has two double beds and a bathroom.
There are 2 individual casitas next to the main villa that provide guests the space to spread out and have a bit of privacy, while still enjoying partial views of the sea. Each of the casitas has a full bathroom and 4 double beds, 2 of the beds are on the main floor and the other 2 beds are in the loft area. Up to 8 more guests can be accommodated between the 2 casitas.
Casa Alvarado offers everything you’ll need for an unforgettable vacation. Relax by the pool overlooking the ocean, snorkel and stand up paddleboard in calm, protected waters, and admire the whales spouting as you drink your morning coffee. Other activities include shelling, scuba, kayaking, and fishing. We offer daily housekeeping and property management.
