Summary: This is a prime spot on the beach in terms of quality of sand, water, and view. Just a short stroll along the beach over to Baja Joe's (aka kiting Mecca), so if you are looking to kite awhile and then have your friends and family watch as you end your downwind run just steps from your villa, then look no further! The quality of the villa construction and decoration is fantastic, and it is very clean and has been outfitted with everything you need for comfort, including a 5-gallon bottled water cooler that was a pleasant surprise. Owner was upfront about jacuzzi heater, so no surprise there... but just note that car access in/out of the villas is in the rear of the building and you have to walk thru a construction area with steep stairs so be prepared if carrying large or heavy luggage. However, owner/manager were great communicators about all of this and attended to any needs quickly and with great flexibility. Our group looks forward to staying at Palacio Blanco again!
