Positive: Booking.com sent me 3 emailed that day that Baja house is ready for our stay. I NEVER was contacted by them and it appeared that they cancelled my stay due to mistake they made. We were not allowed to enter the room just stayed on the phone with the manager who told me to pay full amount for a new booking. That was so ridiculous and I request a full refund due to their mistake. Instead of enjoying todos Santos I had to stay on the phone to get the room.

Negative: Booking.com should have not cancelled our paid stay before confirming with me. Bad experience

Summary: Baja house is a nice place- just our experience was ruined due to booking.com errors
