Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice apartment with a great view of the lake and the town. Comfortable furniture and plenty of linens. The apartment was spacious with good lighting. Super nice pots and pans and lots of cooking utensils and silverware. Nice supply of paper goods and soaps and even a few storage containers. Overall, it was a nice place, and once the growing pains are resolved, this will be a great place to stay.

Negative: The building is along the libriemento so there is a lot of traffic noise. This is a new listing with Anana, and there were a few glitches. We were supposed to have a garrafon of water (I specifically asked in case I needed to get when I was already paying for a taxi), but there was none at checkin. I did get one delivered eventually but had to go to the supermarket for day one water. We had also arranged for housekeeping to come once a week, but they didn't show up on the scheduled day. Could have rescheduled, but I didn't want to rearrange my week, so we just canceled. There were only 3 plates and 3 cups. No dishwasher pods or coffee was provided. One sack of additional items was delivered during our stay (hooray dishtowels).
