The Space:
Upper casita, like its other two complexes, share a comfortable pool where you can cool off and a cozy palapa where you can enjoy a unique view of the bay that is just a few steps away. We have fiber optic WiFi, it is an ideal space to work, live, play and rest! Enjoy activities such as fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle surfing and more!

The parking lot is a large area that can fit 4-5 cars, it is shared with two other houses that are not always occupied.
The Neighborhood:
La Ventana is a small fishing village on the coast of La Ventana Bay, south of La Paz. The town was founded in the early 1940s by La Paz pearl diver Salomé León. It overlooks the Isla Cerralvo or also called "Jacques Cousteau" which is a virgin island, with beaches full of shells, wild goats and sea lions.
It is one of the top 5 places in the world to do Kitesurfing, since due to its geographical location a unique phenomenon is formed in the world that causes constant winds of 20 to 30 knots from October to March, it is the ideal place to explore your extreme side and live an exceptional freedom at sea.
The rest of the year it is a destination known for whale watching, diving, snorkeling and freediving, as well as sport fishing, mountain biking and many more activities!

We recommend renting your own car if you plan to move a lot, as there is little public transport and taxis.
