1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.

7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking spot can be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. If it`s a service animal, the host must approve it.

13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location specified by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.

3. Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violation of any point in both sets of rules may result in fines from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained sofa, rug, or mattress: $2,500 MXN, quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item cost will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per comforter.
Damages and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 MXN charge will apply).
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Lost keys and/or cards: Replacement fee of $500 MXN.
