Worcester County Rental License #1291. We are located on a West Ocean City canal with access to Assawoman Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Fish, crab and swim from our new dock, bring a kayak or paddleboard to explore the back bays or tie up your boat after gathering clams or flounder for supper. Stick your toes in the sand of your own small beach. Relax in a quiet waterfront community within minutes of everything the OC area has to offer without the hassle of the island madness. We welcome up to 6 guests, including children. WE DO NOT ALLOW smoking anywhere on the property, overnight guests who are not listed on the rental agreement, loud parties or disruption to the tranquility of the neighborhood. We are open from mid-April through mid-October. Only 15 minutes to Assateague Island, the best of both vacation worlds. Off-street parking for four vehicles, and separate off-street boat trailer area. 2 queens, 2 twins. New SS appliances. New water treatment system in 2025. WIFI. HD cable tv in LR and master bedroom. Screened dining looks out at your own small beach, the bay, and OC skyline. BBQ in the back yard or enjoy dozens of excellent restaurants on "this-side-of-the-bridge". There is a $50 pet fee (dogs only). Large and/or aggressive breeds or other animals not considered. Owners live next door and are very attentive to your needs. A cleaning fee of $150.00 is included for all guests and assumes a reasonable degree of care is shown our property. If extensive work is required prior to the arrival of the next guest, an "excessive cleaning" fee will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Guests must provide their own linens and towels. A rental agreement will be sent for your signature and is a requirement for rental.
