The beautiful and functional new Italian Scavolini kitchen remodel at Casa Alegria further complements the home's long list of private luxuries. A large center island with seating, all new stainless-steel appliances including a Viking refrigerator, two sinks, wood cabinetry, and a wine fridge are just a few of the highlights of this chef-worthy space. The complete kitchen remodel extends to include all new dining furniture in the accompanying dining space that, including a stylish wood table with room for eight under a massive chandelier. Open the space even more, as a sliding glass door leads to an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and wood cabinetry.
Outdoor living at Alegria is simply spectacular. There's dining for 8 al fresco with hammocks that swing in the sea breeze under a large palapa, while plush lounge beds dot the beautiful Cantera-tiled patio. At the center of this spacious terrace is a stunning tiered pool connected by a large river rock waterfall with an elevated Jacuzzi looking out over the beautiful blue waves of the Cortez. Additional features include 2 swimming pools with one on the upper and lower level, an Ultra Large 80-inch flatscreen TV with surround sound, and highspeed cable internet with WiFi.
The outdoor gym is a cozy and well-shaded space with a rustic, natural vibe. It features a treadmill and an exercise bike under a pergola covering that provides shade. The area is enclosed by beige curtains, adding a touch of privacy. There are also comfortable seating options, including cushioned chairs and a small table. Fitness accessories like a yoga mat and exercise ball are also available, making it a versatile workout space.
Your booking of Casa Alegria, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to Palmilla Golf and Tennis. Additional fees apply.
