El reglamento del Hoestel incluye las siguientes reglas:
1. Todos los muebles deben ser devueltos en buen estado y si hay algún problema, debe informar al anfitrión inmediatamente. Cualquier daño o pérdida será responsabilidad del huésped y será necesario pagar para repararlo.
2. La cámara de seguridad solo se activa al ingresar con la clave asignada y solo graba durante los primeros 15 minutos. No se debe compartir la clave y no se debe obstruir la cámara.
3. No se permite hacer cambios en el diseño o estructura del Hoestel, no se permite fumar o usar sustancias ilícitas, y no se permite usar veladoras o hacer fogatas.
4. Se debe mantener limpio el interior y el exterior del Hoestel y llevar la basura a los contenedores.
5. El horario y reglamento de la piscina deben ser seguidos, no se permite entrar con ropa, los niños deben estar supervisados y no se permite secar ropa en áreas de juego o balcones. Las mascotas no tienen acceso a la piscina. Evita multas.
6. Se deben seguir las reglas del condominio para mantener el área limpia y cumplir con las normas de ruido.
7. Se deben respetar las normas de ruido y tranquilidad en el Hoestel, especialmente después de las 09:00 Pm.
8. El huésped es responsable de mantener la privacidad y seguridad de su propia habitación y no se permite la entrada de personas no registradas.
9. Si se detecta algún problema con el sistema eléctrico o de plomería o de cualquier aparato eléctrico, debe informar al anfitrión inmediatamente.
10. El huésped es responsable de cualquier daño causado a las instalaciones o mobiliario durante su estadía y se le facturará por cualquier reparación necesaria.
11. Se deben seguir las normas de seguridad establecidas en el Hoestel en caso de emergencia.
12. El uso de las instalaciones y servicios del Hoestel es bajo la responsabilidad del huésped y cualquier daño causado será responsabilidad del huésped.
