We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our fully furnished 1br apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, full kitchen and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. These are sample pics of our standard 1br units which all have similar design and color schemes.
Our unit comes with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV and wireless internet. There is 1 assigned parking space in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well.
Our guests can also upgrade service suck as Internet speed, Cable TV, and request/schedule housekeeping all at an additional charge.
Upon booking on the VRBO/HomeAway platform, guests will be sent a lease agreement to be complete, signed, and returned to us prior to check-in.
