Hacienda de Mita #703 is on the second floor and faces the ocean with a side view of the lush 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico course. The unit has 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) and 4 1/2 bathrooms professionally decorated with contemporary tropical/Mexican decor. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 500 sf patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio, to enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living. The unit offers all of the comforts of a luxury villa, including marble floors, designer fixtures, niche and recess lighting throughout, a Viking six-burner range, a Subzero refrigerator, satellite TV, free long-distance calling, High Speed Wi-Fi, and a water-purification system so the water is safe to drink right from the tap. Also included are concierge and housekeeping services. Our wonderful full-time housekeeper will be there Monday-Saturday to clean and cook, who can prepare a wide range of dishes at your request.
