Inside, our kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home with plenty of stainless steel appliances. Our beds all have new linens and are very comfortable, and there are multiple TVs to watch throughout the home. Bathrooms come stocked with towels and toiletries.
Enjoy the sparkling pool, patios, views, and other amenities in the complex itself that are available to our guests. Sunny skies and ocean views await from the rooftop deck, you’ll want to bring your camera!
Take the stairs to the top penthouse floor where you have access to a private pool, lounge chairs for basking in the sun, or for peace and quite while you gaze out over the ocean. While the local team at El Faro and the municipality make every effort to clean up the seaweed, it can still impact beach conditions and your ability to enjoy the ocean. As it decomposes, it may also produce strong odors. Please make yourself aware of the current state of the seaweed, as we cannot offer refunds for any issues related to seaweed.
- The central location of this property gives you access to the best that downtown Playa del Carmen has to offer. Due to our location next to restaurants and bars, you may experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
- The beach in front of El Faro will come and go seasonally, at times the ocean comes all the way up to the deck and the common area administration will block this area for security purposes. Please exercise caution and comply with any common area association rules.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes every day, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos- sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.
